⇒ Enlisted in USMC on 18th birthday, peacetime three year hitch;
⇒ Have been in all 50 states, worked on projects in over half of them, and lived in 6 (plus Japan);
⇒ Married to Lynette for 9 years;
⇒ Five children aged 27 to 49, four sons and one daughter, four grandkids and expecting;
⇒ Personal passions: reading tons, messing in the garage, hiking and exercise, cooking;
